ALLEN, Texas – In order to bring outpatient spine care and other services to its campus in growing Allen, a north Dallas suburb, Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Allen (THA), part of Arlington-based Texas Health Resources (THR), along with healthcare real estate firm MedCore Partners, recently broke ground on a 48,000 square foot MOB.

ESTERO, Fla. – Cape Coral, Fla.-based Lee Health, a four-hospital system on the Gulf Coast, is moving forward with its planned $140 million, 163,000 square foot outpatient medical campus in Estero, about halfway between Fort Myers and Naples, according to the local News-Press newspaper.
