Chicago, November 5, 2026 – BMO’s Healthcare Real Estate group announces that it closed a $145,000,000 loan facility for Touchmark at Emerald Lake, a 388-unit luxury senior housing community in McKinney, TX. Loan proceeds were used to refinance the existing 264 Independent Living, Assisted Living & Memory Care units at Touchmark at Emerald Lake Phase I, as well as providing construction financing for Phase II, comprised of an additional to-be-constructed 124 Independent Living units.
