Fifth Third Securities’ Real Estate Investment Banking team (“FTS”) served as the exclusive advisor to a Dallas-based development group in the sale of two inpatient rehabilitation facilities (“IRFs” or “Portfolio”).
The IRFs are operated by Nobis Rehabilitation Partners which manages 12 facilities across the U.S. The Portfolio consisted of a 48,920-square foot facility opened in 2024 and a 63,327-square foot, 60-bed Bradenton Rehabilitation Hospital opened in mid-2026.
The direct transaction was executed by FTS’s Real Estate Investment Banking team, led by Matthew Tarpley, Jake Gorin, Nathan Choi and Ananya Kothakota. Notably, the Fifth Third team has led the broader healthcare real estate industry in specialty healthcare real estate transactions, including IRF, for the last three years.
