CBRE U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets facilitated the sale of the Luminis Health Easton Pavilion, a 24,982 sq. ft. medical outpatient building (MOB) located at 28438 Marlboro Avenue in Easton, Maryland, to Thomas Park Investments.
