Cronje Adds Healthcare Expertise to Cushman & Wakefield’s Houston Advisory Services’ Team

Heinrich Cronje has joined Cushman & Wakefield as Managing Director in the firm’s Healthcare Advisory Practice
HOUSTON, August 31, 2026 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Heinrich Cronje has joined the firm as Managing Director in the firm’s Healthcare Advisory Practice.
Cronje specializes in healthcare real estate and brings a broad range of commercial real estate experience to Cushman & Wakefield. His practice includes representation of healthcare tenants as well as leading health systems, institutional and entrepreneurial owners of medical office properties and other sophisticated healthcare owners, operators and investors. Over the course of his brokerage career, he has closed healthcare transactions valued at more than $300 million.

Cronje joins Cushman & Wakefield from CARR and previously served as a Vice President in Transwestern’s healthcare advisory group. He began his commercial real estate career at Hines in property management. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University and earned a MBA from St. Thomas University.
