Grand Rapids, Michigan – August 13, 2026 – Crown MedRealty Partners (“Crown”), a premier healthcare real estate firm headquartered in Kansas City, in joint venture with its institutional equity partner, is pleased to announce the acquisition of a six-building medical office portfolio occupied by Michigan ENT & Allergy Associates (“MIENT”) across Western Michigan.
The portfolio totals 35,585 square feet and is 100% occupied by MIENT under long-term, triple-net (NNN) leases extended in connection with the acquisition. MIENT is a leading provider of ear, nose and throat, allergy, and audiology care throughout the region. The portfolio consists of six (6) MOB’s strategically located across Holland, Grand Haven, Caledonia, Grand Rapids, Grandville, and Allegan, creating an established network of outpatient facilities serving communities throughout the greater Grand Rapids and Western Michigan markets.
MIENT is partnered with Parallel ENT & Allergy, a leading management services organization supporting independent ENT, allergy, and audiology practices.
