The transactions include a combination of acquisitions, refinancings, accounts receivable facilities, and advisory engagements across skilled nursing and senior housing assets in several states. The financings reflect continued access to capital for healthcare assets and experienced operators, as well as T7 Capital’s ability to execute complex transactions across a range of deal structures and capital sources.

● $250 million refinancing and accounts receivable facility for an over 2,000-bed portfolio across California and Washington.
● $78.8 million acquisition financing and accounts receivable facility for a 502-bed portfolio in North Carolina.
● $70.5 million acquisition financing and $6 million accounts receivable facility for a 418-bed portfolio in Ohio.
● $52.13 million acquisition financing for a 732-bed portfolio in Illinois.
● $51 million refinancing and accounts receivable facility for a 293-bed portfolio in New Jersey.
Additional transactions include acquisition financings in Illinois, Florida, Colorado, and Alabama, as well as accounts receivable facilities and other financing arrangements supporting healthcare operators across the country. Collectively, the transactions represent more than $1.03 billion in total financing and capital activity arranged or advised by T7 Capital.
