Although medical outpatient building (MOB) occupancies and rents continue to rise to historic levels, the sales volume was considered “moderate” during the second quarter (Q2) of this year.
Last quarter’s MOB sales volume totaled $2 billion, according to the latest data from Arnold, Md.-based Revista and its RevistaMed service – although that is a preliminary figure that should rise by a “few hundred million dollars,” according to Revista data analyst Stephen Lindsey.
