Bismarck, North Dakota – July 21, 2026 – Berkadia, a distinguished leader in the commercial real estate sector, announced today the equity placement and financing for the development of Vibra Hospital of the Central Dakotas, a 50-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility (IRF) and long-term acute care hospital (LTACH) in Bismarck, North Dakota. The build-to-suit facility will be fully leased to Vibra Hospital of the Central Dakotas.
Senior Managing Director and Head of Medical & Life Sciences Sabrina Solomiany, together with Managing Directors Vasili Davos, Chris Lashmet, and Eric Lee of Berkadia Medical & Life Sciences, partnered with Gordon Reynolds, Conner Adkins and Brian Myers of Berkadia Strategic Capital to lead the equity placement on behalf of Birmingham, Alabama-based Development Solutions.
Development financing was secured through First Horizon Bank. Managing Director Mike Rogers of Berkadia Medical & Life Sciences led the financing effort on behalf of Development Solutions.

“We are deeply committed to expanding access to high-quality specialty care,” said Brad Hollinger, chairman and CEO of Vibra Healthcare. “This new hospital reflects that commitment by bringing both long-term acute care and medical rehabilitation services together in a single, state-of-the-art facility. By integrating our critical care and rehabilitation programs, we ensure
that patients receive the right level of care at the right time, without needing to leave the area. We are proud to invest in the Central Dakotas and believe that this expansion will enhance outcomes for the patients, families, and the community medical partners we serve.”
