California – May 1st, 2026 – Evans Senior Investments (ESI) is pleased to announce the successful sale of a 120-bed skilled nursing community located in California.
ESI advised a repeat client, an institutional owner-operator, in the transaction. The facility was acquired by a California-based buyer, who has entered into a new long-term lease agreement with Links Healthcare Group.
