Morristown, TN, April 2026 – Healthstar Physicians, P.C., Realty Trust Group (RTG), The Christman Company, and project partners recently celebrated a major construction milestone with a topping out ceremony for the new medical office building located at the corner of Merchants Greene and Veterans Parkway on the west end of Morristown, Tennessee. The ceremony marked the placement of the final structural beam for the 79,166-square-foot healthcare facility.
Surrounded by newly constructed healthcare facilities, retail, restaurants, and hotels, the new facility will house several Healthstar specialties in a modern, patient-focused environment.

The building will include Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Endocrinology, Orthopedics, Physical Medicine, and Podiatry, along with laboratory and imaging services, administrative offices, and shell space for future expansion. The project strengthens Healthstar’s presence in Morristown and reflects its ongoing commitment to providing high-quality, accessible healthcare across the region.

Healthstar, in partnership with Realty Trust Group, began planning the project in 2024 and launched construction in October 2025. The project is expected to be completed in spring 2027.
RTG is serving as master developer, project manager, and property manager. Project partners include Earl Swensson Associates (ESa) as architect, The Christman Company as general contractor, and First Horizon Bank as lender. The master site also includes additional building pads for future development of complementary medical space adjacent to the Healthstar facility.
