Large-scale medical outpatient building reflects continued investor demand in Northern Virginia
Alexandria, VA – Global commercial real estate advisor, Avison Young, today announced it has arranged the sale of a 117,250-square-foot (sf) medical outpatient building (MOB) located at 4660 Kenmore Avenue in Alexandria, Virginia in an off-market transaction. The acquisition closed on April 13, 2026.
The Avison Young team was led by Jim Kornick and Mike Wilson, Principals and Co-Leaders, U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets with support from Erik Foster, Principal. The buyer has also tapped Avison Young for Property Management services.
