Parsippany, N.J. (March 20, 2026) – NAI James E. Hanson, the largest New Jersey-based full-service independent commercial real estate firm, announces the hiring of Kim Kretowicz as Senior Vice President and her designation as a member of the NAI Global Healthcare Advisory Group.

In her new role, Kretowicz will leverage her national industry relationships to spearhead the firm’s continued growth in healthcare real estate while further expanding its presence across the Monmouth County commercial real estate market.

Kretowicz represents health systems, physician specialty groups, family offices, and private investors in medical outpatient investment sales, physician sale-leasebacks, and medical office leasing assignments. Separately, Kretowicz is a seasoned expert in the Monmouth County market, where she will continue growing the firm’s presence through office investment sales and agency leasing assignments.

Prior to joining NAI James E. Hanson, Kretowicz served as a Senior Managing Director and Designated Fellow within Colliers’ National Healthcare Services Group, where she led healthcare investment sales and advisory assignments across the Tri-State region, with a particular focus on New Jersey as the platform’s healthcare market expert.
