Berkadia Medical & Life Sciences is pleased to announce the successful sale of the Sun Belt Outpatient Medical Portfolio consisting of two Class A medical outpatient buildings totaling 83,225 square feet: Woodforest Medical Plaza located in Houston, Texas, and Williamson Health Center located in Nashville, Tennessee. Vasili Davos, Sabrina Solomiany, Eric Lee, Chris Lashmet, and George Desloge acted as the exclusive advisors to the sellers, Brentwood, TN-based CMK Properties.
The Sun Belt Outpatient Medical Portfolio was acquired by Atlanta-based SG Property Services.
Woodforest Medical Plaza, located in Montgomery, Texas (Houston MSA), is a 94% leased, 48,516-square-foot, state-of-the-art outpatient facility recently completed in 2020. The property’s exceptional tenant roster includes Sterling Ridge Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, Memorial Hermann Surgery Center Woodforest (MHMS-USPI JV), and Memorial Hermann Medical Group, providing a well-curated mix of synergistic medical specialties and an advanced ambulatory surgery center with three operating rooms.
Completed in 2023, Williamson Health Center, situated in Spring Hill, Tennessee (Nashville MSA), is a newly constructed 100% leased 34,709-square-foot medical outpatient facility anchored by Williamson Health under an original 15-year lease. Williamson Health occupies the first two floors and provides multi-specialty services including primary care, lab, and its Bone and Joint Institute’s newest location, which offers orthopedics, orthopedic urgent care, and rehabilitation.
