Jackson has joined the firm as Senior Vice President, Business Development, further strengthening the company’s growing national platform.
Chris brings more than 20 years of healthcare real estate experience delivering purpose-driven development and investment solutions for health systems, outpatient providers, and physician groups across the country. Throughout his career, he has overseen more than 4.4 million square feet of medical outpatient, specialty inpatient, and medically anchored mixed-use facilities, representing more than $1.1 billion in transactional value.
As Anchor continues to build strategic relationships nationwide, Chris will play a key role in introducing new health system and provider partnerships to the firm. Working closely with clients and capital partners, he will help align real estate strategy with clinical growth objectives, capital efficiency, and long-term portfolio performance. His experience structuring joint ventures and advancing development initiatives will further strengthen the firm’s ability to deliver thoughtful, scalable solutions.

Chris holds an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Strategy & Entrepreneurship from the Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business and a BA in History from The University of Texas at Austin. He is also a licensed Texas real estate broker.
