The communities total 186 units and each offer assisted living and memory care services. Built in 2009 and 2016, both communities were over 90% occupied at the time of closing.

Managing Directors Ross Sanders, Dave Fasano, Cody Tremper, and Mike Garbers of Berkadia Seniors Housing & Healthcare closed the sale transaction on behalf of an undisclosed seller. The properties were purchased by a long-time owner of senior living communities. Phoenix Senior Livingwill manage the communities moving forward.
