Vasili Davos, Sabrina Solomiany, Chris Lashmet, Eric Lee and Kyle Saifi acted as the exclusive advisors to the seller, Los Angeles-based RealtyMogul.
The three-story Property is strategically located on the campus of the 381-bed, recently expanded, Covenant Medical Center within the Lubbock Medical District. The Property is 100% leased under a long-term, absolute net lease to Covenant Health, a subsidiary of investment-grade Providence Health (S&P: A), one of the largest not-for-profit health systems in the country serving seven western states. The Property hosts a variety of medical specialties including neurosurgery and MRI/imaging functioning as a key location for outpatient care at Covenant Medical Center and stands as one of the few medical outpatient buildings not directly owned by the health system.
