Lee Health is proud to announce the opening of Lee Health at Bimini Square at the corner of Palm Tree Boulevard and Cape Coral Parkway.

Cape Coral is one of the fastest growing cities in Southwest Florida and this new location, opening in phases over several weeks, will help guarantee access to essential medical services that will help support Cape Coral’s expanding population.

The healthcare offerings on the first and second floors of Lee Health Medical Office Building will include:

Adult Primary Care
Breast Health Center
Cardiology Services from the Lee Health Heart Institute
Imaging
Lab Services
Infectious Disease
Pediatric Primary Care
Pediatric Rehabilitation
Pediatric Behavioral Health Services
Patients will have access to surface and garage parking.

“We are deeply committed to caring for our community, and we envision this new space to offer the highest standards of patient-centered care to residents and visitors in Cape Coral, Pine Island, and the surrounding areas,” said Chief Administrative Officer for Lee Physician Group (LPG) and Ambulatory Services Kris Fay. “As the city continues to grow, its residents and visitors will need easy access to more primary and specialty care services, and we are happy to continue to expand our commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care in Cape Coral.”

This opening is one of many projects Lee Health has completed in Cape Coral over the past year; each designed to meet the evolving healthcare needs of the growing community and ensure residents have greater access to quality care close to home.

Cape Coral Hospital’s Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and other areas of the campus were expanded to accommodate more patients and specialty services. The Florida State University College of Medicine Internal Medicine Residency Program is based out of Cape Coral Hospital and an Obstetrics and Gynecological (OBGYN) Residency Program, also in partnership with the FSU College of Medicine, is set to open at the hospital next Summer.

The second phase of the Surfside Facility at Surfside Boulevard and Veterans Parkway is also complete, offering orthopedics, rheumatology and rehabilitation specialists for Cape Coral residents and visitors.

The former Family Medicine office on Cape Coral Parkway, which relocated its practice to the new Bimini Square facility, will be renovated to become the next Lee Health Convenient Care location opening in early 2026.

Lee Health at Bimini Square, alongside other expansion, provides patients in Cape Coral and Southwest Florida with more opportunities to receive high-quality medical care closer to their homes, schools and workplaces. This increased accessibility is expected to reduce wait times and improve timely access to care, supporting the health and well-being of the community now and for years to come.

Construction at Bimini Square continues to progress, with plans for the upscale apartments to be completed in the coming months. The five-story, 198-unit residential community will feature studio to three-bedroom floor plans and resort-style amenities including a rooftop infinity pool, fitness center, club lounges and walking paths. Two onsite restaurants – House of Omelets and waterfront dining concept Bimini Basin Seafood & Cocktails – and a boat dock are anticipated to open in early 2026.
