Berkadia Medical & Life Sciences is pleased to announce the closing of Brookside Medical Center, located in Battle Creek, Michigan. Chris Lashmet, Vasili Davos, Sabrina Solomiany, Eric Lee, and George Desloge acted as advisors in cooperation with Stokas Bieri to the seller.
Built in 1996, the 46,211-square-foot multi-tenant medical outpatient building is 69.2% leased to a synergistic tenant mix. The property is anchored by Brookside Surgery Center, a multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center (ASC) with 14 physicians. The ASC features three well-equipped operating rooms and a dedicated entrance at the rear of the building. Additional services at the property include internal medicine, optometry, occupational therapy, and laboratory services.
