Remedy Medical Properties and Kayne Anderson Real Estate recently acquired three medical office buildings in south Denver, including Highlands Ranch I & II, a pair of MOBs at 630 and 640 Plaza Drive in Highlands Ranch, CO totaling 153,858 square feet.

DENVER and CHICAGO, September 8, 2025 – Remedy Medical Properties and Kayne Anderson Real Estate, together the nation’s largest private owners of healthcare real estate, today announced the acquisition of three medical office buildings (MOBs) located in Highlands Ranch and Littleton, Colorado.

Highlands Ranch I & II

Highlands Ranch I & II includes two off-campus, multi-tenant MOBs totaling 153,858 square feet at 630 and 640 Plaza Drive in Highlands Ranch, CO. Built in 2001, the buildings are nearly 90% leased.

The 640 building is anchored by Panorama Orthopedics, a leading orthopedic group in the Rocky Mountain region, comprising over 40 surgeons and 100 providers across seven clinics, three ambulatory surgery centers, one orthopedic hospital, and nine physical therapy locations throughout the Denver Metro area. The orthopedic practice is relocating to this facility, which will offer clinical, imaging, and physical therapy services, featuring 40 exam rooms and 35 staff members. The remaining medical space is leased to a diverse mix of healthcare providers that offer services related to sports medicine, trauma, physical therapy, pain management, podiatry, endocrinology, behavioral health, and sleep therapy.

Mineral Medical Plaza

Remedy Medical Properties and Kayne Anderson Real Estate recently acquired three medical office buildings in south Denver, including Mineral Medical Plaza, a three-story, 39,300-square-foot MOB at 1501 W. Mineral Ave. in Littleton, CO.

Mineral Medical Plaza is located at 1501 W. Mineral Ave. in Littleton, CO, totaling 39,300 square feet. Originally built in 1999, the property underwent a $5.6 million renovation in 2020, including upgrades to lobbies and restrooms, HVAC and roof replacement, and parking lot resurfacing. Currently more than 90% leased, the property is anchored by ophthalmology practices, with additional specialties including ENT, dentistry, and retina care.
