Kansas City, Kansas – August 25, 2025 – Berkadia, a distinguished leader in the commercial real estate sector, announced today the sale of the Welstone at Mission Crossing, a 101-unit independent living community in Mission, Kansas. Managing Directors Ross Sanders, Dave Fasano, Cody Tremper, and Mike Garbers of Berkadia Seniors Housing & Healthcare closed the sale transaction on behalf of an undisclosed seller.
The community was purchased by an affiliate of Livingston Street Capital, LLC, a Pennsylvania-based private equity firm with a national portfolio of active adult, independent living, and multifamily properties. Discovery Senior Living will stay on as the property’s operator.
Located less than 10 miles southeast of Downtown Kansas City, the Welstone at Mission Crossing is well-located with easy access to local retail, amenities, and healthcare. The community opened in 2016 and offers a library and media center, private dining room, beauty salon, and movie theater.
