(San Diego, CA) — David DeRoche, a 30 year veteran in the commercial real estate industry, has recently been named Vice President of Asset Management with Anchor Health Properties (Anchor), a national full-service healthcare real estate development, management, and investment company focused exclusively on medical outpatient buildings and specialty healthcare facilities. Based out of San Diego, California, Mr. DeRoche brings his understanding of healthcare operations and real estate strategy to further strengthen national and regional asset management services and facilitate alignment with new and existing client opportunities.

As Anchor continues to grow its West Coast footprint, Mr. DeRoche will play a key role in advancing the Company’s presence throughout Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, and the Pacific Northwest. He will provide strategic leadership across business development initiatives, portfolio and leasing operations, and capital partnerships in support of Anchor’s corporate strategy and mission to pursue better healthcare through real estate solutions.
Mr. DeRoche previously served in a key role with Rady Children’s Hospital – San Diego, where he led asset management, leasing strategy, acquisitions and dispositions, and capital and tenant improvement projects. He worked closely with hospital leadership and physicians to ensure real estate strategies aligned with organizational goals and remains passionate about supporting thoughtful, healing environments that enhance the patient experience and strengthen the delivery of care.
