This four-story, 126,059 square foot medical office building is directly attached to a private specialty hospital, reinforcing its role as a vital healthcare hub in the region.
Built in 1999, the property features a high-acuity tenant mix and benefits from the stability of the local medical office market. The Physician’s Centre is currently home to 37 tenants with most of the space dedicated to medical use. The building’s centralized location between Bryan and College Station, TX supports multiple communities with specialized healthcare.
