“We’ve heard from residents about their desire for walkable professional and retail space near Telfair, and we’re excited to bring Lexington Commons to meet this need in a way that reflects our legacy and commitment to the community to deliver meaningful, engaging and transformative destinations,” said Don Janssen, President, PCD.
Lexington Commons will feature a centrally-located pedestrian plaza with green spaces, surrounded by professional and medical offices alongside restaurants and retail, adjacent to the recently announced University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center location near Smart Financial Centre.
Guided by Gensler and Kirksey Architecture, construction is due to begin in fall of 2025, with two phases, starting with development of two office buildings and a parking garage. Interested parties are encouraged to call 281.242.2000 for more information.
