Following the Weakley County Commission’s approval of the sale, ESI launched a targeted marketing campaign focused on highlighting the facility’s strengths and untapped potential. This approach attracted multiple interested buyers, resulting in a seamless transaction process. The chosen buyer, a regional owner-operator with holdings in neighboring states, leveraged resources from their existing operations to successfully complete the deal and expand into Tennessee.
