Vitalis has acquired a medical outpatient building located at 1905 W College St in Bozeman, Montana. The facility was developed in 2019 for SkinCare MT’s mohs surgery and clinical practice led by Dr. Aaron Bruce. SkinCare MT is the dominate regional practice offering dermatology, aesthetics and skin cancer treatement serving patients across Montana, Idaho,Wyoming and Utah.
At close of escrow, Skin Care MT and Vitalis executed a fifteen (15) year lease committement conveying the Tenant’s long term commitment to Bozeman. Vitalis has also acquired an easement on the adjacent vacant lot and plans to work with Dr. Bruce to expand the building in the near future.
