Chicago, IL (August 2024) – Echo Real Estate Capital, Inc. (“Echo”) announces it has separately acquired two vacant properties for redevelopment into single-tenant autism therapy clinics. The properties are 100% leased to UNIFI Autism Care – a leading provider of autism therapy services who seek to enhance the quality of life for individuals on the autism spectrum through a combination of professional development, community building, and advocacy.

The properties will both undergo major renovations to transform them into autism care facilities. Improvements to the buildings will include roof, parking lot, MEP systems, new internal demising configuration, and cosmetic changes throughout. The buildout period will take approximately six (6) months.

Our programmatic development process is a perfect fit for this type of de novo roll out.”
Financing for the projects was provided by Chicago based Lakeside Bank.
