Montecito Medical acquires eye center property in North Florida.
Montecito Medical, a leading acquirer of medical office properties nationwide, has acquired a 27,000-square-foot medical office property in Panama City, Florida.
The building, which includes a surgery center for LASIK and cataract surgical procedures, is fully occupied by the Eye Center of North Florida.
“We are very pleased to acquire this prime real estate asset and for the opportunity to partner with yet another market-leading ophthalmological specialty group,” said Rus Gudnyy, Senior Vice President of Investments at Montecito Medical.
Eye Center of North Florida is a dominant specialty provider in the Panama City market, with three locations in the Florida Panhandle. The property acquired by Montecito is the group’s flagship location.
