Nashville, Tenn. — Montecito Medical, a leading acquirer of medical office properties nationwide, has acquired two medical office buildings in the Rochester, New York, area.

The buildings, with a total of 41,700 square feet, are fully occupied by Unity Hospital, part of the Rochester Regional Health system.
