Charlotte, NC (November 2023) – MPV Properties (“MPV”) is pleased to announce two new tenants coming to The Plaza at Park 51, located at the intersection of Park Road and Jim Hynes Circle, directly across from Atrium Health Pineville. The Plaza at Park 51 is a redevelopment of the former Blacklion Marketplace into a new medical office building (MOB). MPV Properties is in the final stages of construction and will be turning over the space to the tenants to complete their upfits in December 2023. Ivy Rehab and Queens Pharmacy will join other tenants including Tryon Medical Partners, Gracious Living, Oncology Specialists of Charlotte PA, and a dentist. There are two remaining spaces for lease: an end cap consisting of 3,370 SF and an inline space of 3,349 SF.
