Gastonia, NC (September 2023) – NewStyle Communities and MPV Properties are pleased to announce the signing of new tenant, Ignited Minds, at New Hope Village, a retail and office/medical project situated on an outparcel of The Courtyards, a luxury 55+ active adults community in Gastonia, NC. Ignited Minds is taking 4,500 SF in what will be their 4th area location after their Belmont, Cramerton and the original Gastonia clinics. Located at 3825 S New Hope Road, New Hope Village is in close proximity to New Hope Elementary, Cramerton Middle, Stuart W. Cramer High School, and a 5-minute drive to Cramer Mountain Country Club.
The signing of Ignited Minds completes leasing on Building 2 in the center, with NewStyle Communities also taking 1,500 SF in the building. ±6,000 SF of space remains available to lease in Building 1, with spaces ranging from 1,500-6,000 SF. MPV is assisting the Landlord, NewStyle Communities, in leasing the project, which will be delivering in Q2 2024.
