Constructed in 2007, CHM Stilson Specialty Center is a Class A outpatient medical building totaling 50,265 RSF. The Property is strategically located near the 361-bed Henry Ford Macomb Hospital (Henry Ford Health – Moody’s: A2), which is undergoing a $318 million, 225,000-square-foot patient tower expansion that will include 160 private patient rooms and additional renovations, and four miles from the 288-bed McLaren Macomb Hospital.
The Property is currently 86% leased to Children’s Hospital of Michigan (CHM) and Children’s Eye Care, a prominent eye care practice that runs CHM’s ophthalmology department. Children’s Hospital of Michigan, part of Tenet Healthcare, is centered around their 228-bed facility in downtown Detroit with an international reputation in pediatric medicine, surgery, research, and training more pediatricians than any other facility in Michigan. CHM provides a wide array of services within the Property including cardiovascular, imaging, endocrinology, ENT, gastroenterology, pediatric surgery, nephrology, neurology, laboratory, orthopedics, and urology.
