WEST PALM BEACH, FL, June 21, 2022 – Colliers is pleased to announce the Sale-lease back of a 25,000 SF Medical Office (MOB) for $9,850,000 in West Palm Beach, FL. Colliers Senior Vice President Kim Kretowicz of USA Capitals Market Group/Healthcare Services represented Sila Realty Trust and the undisclosed physician specialty practice seller in the transaction. The medical investment opportunity was an off-market opportunity that attracted top-tier healthcare REITS, Private Equity, and Family offices, with Sila Realty Trust awarded the asset.

The buyer, Sila Realty Trust, is a net lease real estate investment trust strategically focusing on investing in the growing and resilient healthcare sector nationwide. The company is headquartered in Tampa, FL, and is known for managing high-quality healthcare properties leased to tenants capitalizing on critical and structural economic growth drivers.
