JACKSONVILLE, FL., – April 10, 2023 – NAI Hallmark, a leading commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm in Jacksonville, announces the sale of 190 & 200 Southpark Boulevard, St. Augustine, FL (the “Property”). Managing Partner Keith Goldfaden and Managing Partner Christian Harden represented the seller, Brooks Rehabilitation. The Buyer, a joint venture between the Vanbarton Group and Tramview Capital, purchased the Property for $10,350,000.

The 33,500 square foot Property was built in 1998 and provides a stabilized medical office complex across the street from a major hospital in one of the fastest growing markets in the country.
