Built in 2007, the project totals 43,470 square feet on 4.9 acres.
The MOBs are located within a growing, affluent area of Atlanta proximate to Piedmont Henry Hospital and Interstate-75 providing great accessibility for physicians and their patients. The MOBs are 100% leased by a mix of tenants that includes family practice, spine, dermatology, oral & maxillofacial surgery, and neurology.
