Vitalis and Advenir, acquired a 40,000 SF medical office building in Fort Myers, FL, 100% occupied by Lee Health on a NNN lease. The building was developed as a build to suit for the health system in 2017. The mission critical outpatient facility is strategically located across from Lee Health’s Gulf Coast Medical Center.
