SAN MARCOS WILLING TO OFFER INCENTIVES TO DEVELOPERS FOR CLASS A SPACE

A news release went out on March 2 and within 30 minutes or so the Greater San Marcus Partnership started receiving inquiries from prospective developers about the possibility of building medical office buildings (MOBs) in the Texas city, which is about halfway between Austin and San Antonio.

The news release noted that the city of about 50,000 residents is “seeking local commercial property developers interested in incentivized development of Class A medical space.”
