The team is led by Nashville real estate partners Robert E. Leonard and Elizabeth C. Sauer, along with Dallas real estate counsel Lawrence J. McFarland.

The team provides end-to-end legal counsel throughout the lifecycle of MOB projects, including development and construction, acquisitions, dispositions and leasing. The team also advises on the formation of fund vehicles dedicated to MOB investments, structures strategic joint ventures, and assists in negotiating and securing financing, working closely with borrowers and lenders to align financial solutions.
