PENSACOLA, FLA. – Catalyst Healthcare Real Estate (Catalyst), a leading national healthcare real estate development and investment firm, is advancing construction of the Baptist Health Care Primary Care Clinic at Ransley Station, its 60+ acre mixed-use master development in northwest Pensacola, Florida.
This 8,133-square-foot, single-story medical outpatient building will be fully leased to Baptist Health Care, expanding their footprint and bringing primary care services to the fast-growing northwest Pensacola market. The clinic will support Baptist’s continued investment in accessible, community-based healthcare and complement the health system’s new flagship hospital campus in Pensacola.
