DENVER, COLORADO (February 19, 2026) – MorningStar Senior Living, the Denver-based senior living operator and developer, has assumed management effective today of the local community formerly known as Balfour Longmont. It will now operate under the brand name MorningStar Senior Living of Longmont at 1850 South Hover Street, Longmont, CO 80501.

The community boasts a seasoned team with Kellaway Lamb continuing as Executive Director, an administrator role she had held since 2021. The building first opened in 2020. The community marks MorningStar’s 15th operating location in Colorado.
