$16,000,000 Medical Office Sale – Fairfield Advisors announced that it has facilitated the sale of the Hartford Health Oncology Medical Office Building in Fairfield, CT. The building totals 25,400 square feet and was opened in May 2025. The tenant is a Joint Venture between Hartford Health and Sloan Kettering Memorial and is one their flagship Cancer Care Centers. The Fairfield Advisors team, which represented the seller on the transaction, was led by Audrey Trainor, Ben Whitney and Greg Trainor.
