BRONX, NY (February 12, 2026) – Simone Development Companies announces the signing of a new long-term lease for 4,290 square feet of office space with WellLife Network at the Atrium building located at 1776 Eastchester Road within the company’s Hutchinson Metro Center campus in The Bronx, NY.
WellLife Network, a nonprofit health and human services organization, was represented in the transaction by Rob Lella, Darren Leiderman, and Nicole Alper of Colliers. Simone Development’s in-house leasing and legal teams negotiated the deal on behalf of ownership.
WellLife Network provides a comprehensive range of mental health, substance use disorder, housing, and social support services across New York City. The organization operates multiple locations throughout the city, including existing facilities within Simone Development Companies’ portfolio, and the new lease reflects WellLife’s continued growth and commitment to serving communities in The Bronx.
