BMO’s Healthcare Real Estate Finance group announces that it has served as Administrative Agent on a $425 million term loan with a joint venture lead by IRA Capital for acquisition of medical outpatient buildings (the “Portfolio”). The loan includes future funding for leasing expenses and capital expenditures, as well as an accordion feature to provide for additional acquisition capacity. The Portfolio includes 40 assets acquired in two separate transactions from different sellers and totals over two million square feet across 19 MSAs.
