CHICAGO, Jan. 12, 2026 – JLL’s Healthcare Division today announced a strategic collaboration with Hexmodal, a leading provider of automated compliance testing technology for healthcare facilities. This alliance brings together JLL’s proven healthcare expertise with Hexmodal’s innovative smart IoT devices to deliver enhanced operational efficiency and compliance accuracy to healthcare clients.
The collaboration addresses critical challenges facing healthcare facilities by automating traditional manual testing processes. Hexmodal’s smart life safety devices provide continuous monitoring of essential safety equipment, including fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, exit signs, temperature monitors and leak detectors.
