Bill Boyd Joins the Firm as Senior Vice President
(JAN. 8, 2026 – DALLAS) – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces Bill Boyd has joined the National Healthcare Capital Markets team as Senior Vice President in Dallas. Reporting to Senior Managing Director Steve Leathers, Boyd will deliver data-driven capital markets and investment sales solutions to clients nationwide.
“Activity is picking up in the healthcare real estate sector as investors, developers, lenders and providers seek strategic transaction opportunities,” said Leathers. “Bill’s extensive expertise in developing, acquiring, and operating healthcare real estate assets across multiple risk profiles and capital structures will help us apply Transwestern’s market-leading healthcare capital markets expertise to achieve our clients’ goals.”
Before joining Transwestern, Boyd served as Vice President of Development and Leasing at Cambridge Holdings, Inc., where he led growth initiatives and executed healthcare-focused investment and leasing strategies. His previous roles at Caddis Partners, United Surgical Partners, and Tenet Healthcare have provided him with a unique end-to-end perspective across medical facility ownership, development, operations, and capital deployment.
Throughout his career, Boyd has overseen more than $1 billion in healthcare real estate transactions and the development of over 2 MSF of medical facilities nationwide. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA from Baylor University.
