St. Joseph, Missouri – December 31st – Crown MedRealty Partners (“CROWN”), a premier healthcare real estate firm headquartered in Kansas City, is pleased to announce the recent acquisition of a physician-owned, single-tenant Medical Outpatient Building (“MOB”) and Ambulatory Surgery Center (“ASC”) located in St. Joseph, Missouri.
The 11,174 square-foot outpatient facility was acquired through a long-term sale-leaseback transaction with Wiles Eye Center (“Wiles Eye”), one of the leading ophthalmology practices serving the Kansas City metro. The practice is led by nationally recognized cataract surgeon Dr. Wiles, and provides comprehensive eye care services including cataract surgery, glaucoma management, LASIK, dry eye treatment, eyelid surgery, and diabetic eye disease treatment.

This transaction marks the fifth and final of five scheduled Q4 closing for Crown, wrapping up a quarter that continued the firm’s active deployment of capital into healthcare real estate.
