Seagrass Village of Panama City Beach was purchased by a leading owner of seniors housing. The property will continue to be managed by SRI Management, a Tallahassee-based senior living operator.
The community offers a resort-style environment with beautifully landscaped grounds, a large pond, outdoor covered patio and grilling area, outdoor swimming pool, elegant dining room, fitness center, spa, and salon. The property features both traditional apartment units and private villa homes, offering residents two unique living options.
