Transwestern Brokers 15,000 SF Lease at Class A MOB Development
(NOV. 6, 2025 – ATLANTA) – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces its Southeast Healthcare Advisory team has brokered a 15,000-square-foot lease for Piedmont Pediatrics at 2021 Peachtree Medical, a 71,888-square-foot outpatient building on Peachtree Road in Buckhead Atlanta. The premier pediatric practice will occupy the entire fourth floor of the Class A building, situated across from Piedmont Atlanta Hospital, the Marcus Tower, and The Shepherd Center.
Transwestern’s Steve Hall, John V. Lopez, Bo Stuart and Marsh Hazlehurst provide leasing services for the recently completed property on behalf of the developer, The Gipson Company. JLL’s Jeremy Adams represented Piedmont Pediatrics in the transaction.
