The 101,000-square-foot medical office building is fully leased to OSF Healthcare (Fitch rating: A+) with six years remaining on the lease term. The purpose built facility is strategically located centrally to OSF Healthcare’s 16 hospitals, serving as a critical location for the system. OSF operates a comprehensive multispecialty practice at the facility with more than a dozen specialties, including neurology, radiology, podiatry, wound care, endocrinology, lab, audiology, immunology, ambulatory nurse care, internal medicine, family medicine, behavioral & mental health, and home health.
