SALE ANNOUNCEMENT
HREA | Healthcare Real Estate Advisors is pleased to announce the successful sale of the Atrium Health System Medical Outpatient Building, a Class A facility located in the Blakeney area of Charlotte, North Carolina.
The property is 100% leased to Carolinas Physicians Network, Inc., part of Atrium Health, one of the largest healthcare providers in the Southeast with more than 40 hospitals, 1,400 care locations, and annual revenues exceeding $14 billion. The tenant recently executed a seven-year lease extension, reaffirming its long-term commitment to the location and ensuring durable income growth through 2.5% annual rent escalations under an absolute NNN lease structure.
